Electrical Engineer with the experience in management, electrical design, trouble shooting, electrical & electronics systems, Machinery Maintenance, QA/QC etc. with impeccable written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills .
Designing new equipment, processes, procedures and systems. Purchasing and installing equipment. Repairing equipment. Responding to breakdowns. Investigating production problems. Making improvements to current operations to enhance efficiency. Supervising engineering and technical staff. Managing budgets. Maintaining statistical and financial records. Diagnosing faults. Planning and organizing maintenance. Liaising with suppliers, customers and research and development staff. Performs quality activities on the assigned project to ensure that products or services provided are in accordance with customer and Quality requirements. Regularly interacts with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, production, and other personnel. Provides Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting, and Quality Systems training. Supports Quality Systems establishment and the audit schedule, conducting Quality Systems audits and facilitating associated corrective actions. Performs independent audits in various areas (e.g. Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Production, Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, Material Management). This includes the audit, survey or surveillance of supplier/vendor/contractor QA/QC programs to ensure compliance.
Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults. Diagnose breakdown problems. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Carry out quality inspections on jobs. Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues. Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components. Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitor and control maintenance costs. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Improve health and safety policies and procedures. Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines. Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines. Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Involved in the production of LT, HT, and ATS & Distribution panels. Done installation all of the wiring and controlling system according to the drawing. Made technical drawing of panels & electrical wiring on AUTOCAD.
